We want you to love your Clipora purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, no matter where you are in the world.

How to Return

To initiate a return, simply contact us at getclipora@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us at getclipora@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will offer you a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
